• Ability to work independently and take direction in a fast-paced environment

• Able to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of production

• Demonstrate flexibility, common sense and good judgment

• Knowledge of the operation & preventative maintenance of equipment & related tools

• Must be able to follow and relay oral & written instructions, policies & procedures.

Truck drivers need a CDL A license.  Truckers haul sand, gravel, asphalt and equipment to our various projects in our straight and double trucks.  Must be able to move equipment onto and off of trailers.
